Maret's extensive experience and expertise in Project Management theory and practical application was instrumental in creating a successful Project Management Office for Abbott Diagnostics in Dallas and supporting creation of a PMO in Abbott Vascular. His accomplishments include:
Creation of the framework for the Dallas Project Management Office structure and processes
Implementation of a PM career ladder through definition of PM competencies and grade levels
Staffing of the new group through external recruitment and identification & training of high potential internal employees
Collaboration with the ProChain consultants and customization of the methodology for the Dallas PMO
